Pebbles in pools

After visiting Saltwick yesterday, we walked along the beach at Robinhood's Bay towards Ravenscar. We found very little by way of fossils, but it was, once again, a lovely walk. So then I began to think about what  I could blog...after all nothing had changed since our visit earlier in the week! I then began to look at the pebbles in the pools and wondering if  I had been given the pebbles, could I have arranged them in such a pleasing arrangement. I think not; nature is remarkable. So, what can I learn from looking at the arrangements - I can feel some print making coming on when I get home!
