Wedholme flow NNR ...not exactly flowing!

I couldn't believe how dry the site was when I popped down yesterday hoping for photographs of the different cotton grasses. There were some out - just not the water levels I was hoping for to enable reflections.... The weather was unseasonably warm and windy. Skylarks and curlew calling and a great view of a hare that I put up that had been sitting tight ...in the middle of a peat bog!

The bottom left photo is where I put the gorgeous hare up. Right - some water and a reflection!
