I nearly didn't bother with the camera - but you never know what you'll see on a walk ....
So down on the moss again ...I focussed on birch to begin with until we found some exquisite and unusual fungi!

And then we came across these lovely little fungi - I couldn't find them in the book as they are a deformed version of Laccaria. - a Deceiver.
