St Bees Head, Cumbria

A fresh but sunny walk along the coast this morning. good to see and hear the seabirds - lots of whitethroats in the lanes and the flowers were stunning.

Fleswick Bay.

The rookeries.

Razorbills.

Fulmars, a bridled guillemot and Criffel with thrift.

Thrift, plantain and bloody crane's-bill.

Bluebells, stitchwort and red campion.

Small copper - we also saw a painted lady - sadly no photograph.

Whitethroat.
