Siddick Pond

 Well I've never been to this reserve ...being as we were passing we decided to pop in on what was a distinctly dreich day! Lots of gooseander, teal, wigeon and a grey heron, water rail (heard) and goldeneye.

...and then we headed to Workington Docks to see if we could find any purple sandpiper - we didn't but we had a refreshing and atmospheric walk along the beach!
