Yesterday saw the beginning of going into Tier 4 and a fresh morning. Wanting ot get out we walked from the house, up to Thornthwaite and acrosss the fell to Keeper's Cottage before popping over to Faulds Brow and down to Augertree, before returning over Sandale - a pleasant 11 miles in the frost.
