Northern fells panorama

Not an easy brief - a painting of the northern fells from Skiddaw round to Carrock Fell. While the view exists - you can see it all from the Solway, you can't make out the detail....and when you are closer to the fells you don't get that view of the mountains all in a line. So it was a compromise in close up views and they had to be squidged up quite a bit otherwise  the painting would have probably been a metre and a half in length and very thin....not what the customer wanted. Hopefully though I have captured the feeling of the northern fells and included the major recognisable fells.
