St Bees Head (Birds)

The second visit of the year. The coastal flowers were spectacular (another blog)! A large proportion of the sea birds were on the sea, but there were still good numbers on the rookeries. Lovely sounds and smells in the summer sun too. Mainly guillemots today, some one had seen a puffin and we did briefly see a pair of black guillemots.
