Newborough Warren and goodbye to Anglesey

With a forecast for 36 hours of 50mph winds followed by a week of poorer weather we decided to call it a day and pack up the tents in the dry and head home before the storm hit. It had been a superb week though! The campsite at Tan y Graig near South Stack reserve proved to be a good base and was very reasonably priced. Facilities were ok - a hot shower but cold water for everything else. So we packed up in the dry and headed down for a last walk at Newborough, as the weather deteriorated  ... getting back to the car as the first spots of rain arrived!
