Porthoustock to Flushing

A rather long walk starting at Porthoustock and across to Porthallow, before following the coast to Flushing - lots of up and down and a footpath diversion. We decided to cut back across the headland between Flushing and Porthallow rather than returning via the coast! Lots of red admirals and speckled wood butterflies and some spectacular rocks at Porthallow.

Looking back to Porthoustock...

From Gillian harbour towards Flushing.

Red admirals wit hlots of ivy bees that didn't sit still long enough for a photo!

A last blast of summer ...

Porthallow - looking along the coastal footpath.

At Porthallow - some very pretty rocks - see below!
