Fair Isle

We sailed from Aberdeen at 5pm and travelled overnight to Fair Isle. A day spent wandering in this most ridiculously warm weather.  Carpets of Spring Squill with Mountain Everlasting; lots of Great and Arctic Skuas; Gannets, Fulmars and Puffins. With the clam weather the notable rarities, bird wise, from the previous week had disappeared, but what a treat none  the less. Back to the ship late afternoon and then two days at sea ....to Jan Mayen.

Fair Isle - calm.
