Brandreth Panorama

We had a superb walk in September last year - from Buttermere up Fleetwith Pike; round onto Brandreth; over Haystacks and back down to Buttermere click here. 

Ever since then I have wanted to tackle the panorama as a painting - so here it is. At 30cm x 80cm, it's a biggy - but then there is a lot of view to get in! 

..and being as it would be a very short post without more - some more pics from the day...

Looking across to Great Gable from Haystacks ...a painting in waiting!
